All payments are final

All NameYoink claims are digital, time-limited redirects. Because we deliver the placement instantly, all payments are final under any circumstance — including being outbid, removal of your name or link for violating the rules, or delisting following a legal complaint.

If two payments land on the same name and yours can no longer take placement, or you pay during the 48-hour hold after a claim, that charge is refunded automatically through Stripe. No request needed.

For any other billing question, email support@nameyoink.com from the email address used at purchase. This policy does not affect any statutory or card-network rights you may have.
